Dr Erni Noor qualified in Dentistry from Faculty of Dentistry, University of Malaya in 2003. She completed her full time specialist training at the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2010. She is also an accredited specialist in Periodontology registered with National Specialist Register. She has been awarded with Fellowship in Advanced Periodontology and Implantology from University of Genova, Italy in 2016.

Dr Erni is a specialist and senior lecturer in Periodontology at the Faculty of Dentistry, UiTM. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from University Malaya in 2003 and Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontics. She also received Fellowship in Advanced Periodontology and Implantology from University of Genoa, Italy. She was the research director at the Department of Oral Health Sciences, Kristianstad University, Sweden.

She was the Head of Department of Centre of Studies in Periodontology and also Program Director for Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) in Faculty of Dentistry UiTM, where she is involved in the research, clinical practice and teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

She also works as a part-time clinical lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Lincoln and serves as a visiting consultant at a private dental specialist centre in Klang Valley.”
